[RTTY] E30FB rtty?

The op did ask K7BV "Am I reverse" this afternoon. I didn't hear the 
response but the op made no change - still transmitting reverse and 
receiving normal.

Unfortunately, they are back on 15 meters *now* ... still reversed
on transmit.
