[RTTY] 2nd call: RTTY Sprint teams: NCCC and friends

It appears the challenge has been accepted: The NCCC vs SECC (including
friends of both) RTTY Sprint challenge is on! Let's get your station
included!

Send me call, op, power, and anticipated op time.  Teams are a minimum of
two up to 10 members. Let's get at least a couple of medium sized teams.

Let me know by noon on Saturday (PDT) and I'll do the paperwork. Let's get
moving!
