[RTTY] Upcoming BARTG HF RTTY contest

Just a (tardy) reminder of the BARTG HF RTTY contest which starts in a
few hours at 0200 UTC Saturday.

This is a 48 hour contest with single ops limited to 30 hours, and a
separate 6 hour category for those who prefer a shorter time period. 

Many different classes including Single Band. Something for everyone. 

Part of the exchange is to send the UTC time in a four digit format
without any colons, seconds or anything else. N1MM Logger users should
use the {TIME2} command in their macros.
