Jim,

Did I read your email correctly that you are using 2-Tone 
Pseudo-FSK with a 5 KHz on/off audio output?  Are you using the 
simple transformer/diode/capacitor FSK keying circuit or the more 
complex op-amp circuit?  The former is subject to excessive 
jitter.  It's better to use either 2-Tone AFSK, 2-Tone TinyFSK, 
or MMTTY FSK.

I disagree Pete.
My call was never spotted by any skimmer. But it was 
"incorrectly" spotted
41 times.

Sounds like 100% failure to me.
