UTC often fakes me out when I try to convert between different days. 
Correct me if I"m wrong, but do the above times convert to 

Pacific Daylight Time  (UTC-7):

Thursday 3pm to 3:30 pm
and
Thursday 8:30pm to 9pm

Correct?
