[RTTY] SO2R

I've operated SO2R on RTTY and it sometimes happens that there are 2 
stations on the hook at the same time.  Who do I answer, the guy who was 
calling CQ that I just called or the guy who just answered my CQ.  
Sometimes I have called CQ, no answer so I call someone on the other 
radio.  Then there's a delayed answer to my CQ at the same time. The guy 
I called is sending his exchange to me and the guy who just called me is 
waiting for mine.  Someone is going to have to wait on me.   SO2R on 
RTTY is really fun and I love it, but sometimes it is at someone else's 
expense.

It is not only on RTTY - I've noticed the same thing on CW and SSB. 73
