[RTTY] Upload EA RTTY contest log problem?

It worked for me yesterday, and a few moments ago it also allowed me to select a file when I hit the "Choose File" button. I was using Google Chrome. 
When I tried using Mozilla Firefox just now, the button says "Browse" rather than "Choose File" and it takes several seconds to respond to my button click, but it still allowed me to select a file.

I can't get the log submission robot to work at 
http://concursos.ure.es/en/logs/?c=14 . When I hit "browse" (for my 
log file) , it just sits there and does nothing. Did it work for anyone?
