[RTTY] How I worked VK0EK from NA - Frequency correction

My apologies - I need someone to proofread my postings. Tnx to those who 
suggested corrections

Their operating frequency was 21.097 (not 21.079)
and the QSX was 3 KHz DOWN  21.094 (not up)

{i hate it when I mess this stuff up}
