[RTTY] DXA says VK0EK on 30 RTTY but no spots

Saw VK6IR calling someone on 10139. JT65 is wiping that frequency out. If
anyone has any connections, tell them to try 10137 instead.

Their advertised frequency is 10139 but there is JT65 going on there. I've
never heard them on 30 and my antenna is not favoring that direction so I do
not hear them.
