[RTTY] DXA says VK0EK on 30 RTTY but no spots

VK0EK was on 30m RTTY for 20-30 minutes this afternoon, allegedly testing.
I never heard them actually work anyone, though several were calling.  Then,
they went to 30m CW.  Perhaps they couldn't get their RTTY setup to work
properly.
