[RTTY] DXA said VK0EK QRV on 30M RTTY but it went away

Even with all the RTTY they've done the past 24 hours, the QSO percentage is
only up to 4.1%.  They worked a lot of JAs on 40m RTTY this morning after
the NA West Coast lost propagation.

Two minutes later, the green light for 30 meter RTTY went away in DXA. I
swear they must be monitoring the Packetcluster.

Hopefully they'll be back on 30 tonight.
