[RTTY] Pactor QRM To The Other Digital Modes

Jim,

My point was that 'rude and selfish' points to owners of auto mailbox systems,
whether they run PACTOR or some other mode.

It's not all PACTOR users, just owners who clobber everyone with their MBX
playthings.
