[RTTY] Pactor QRM To The Other Digital Modes

Matthew, if I can get to the radio computer later I'll send you a screen 
shot of the last
list I have from RMSx not the web site. It really doesn't matter, 
Winlink will never clean
up their act, ARRL  and FCC ignore complaints and the QRM continues.
