Greetings Diddlers:

Things are picking up around here. Welcome back to VE6QO, K4GMH, and WQ5L who jumped back in after a short hiatus.  They must have realized that THE REAL SPRINT(S) are almost upon us!  

CW is just 11 days away, and RTTY just 7 days after that. Don’t forget to connect with your local Sprint team maestro and get on a team. 

Quite a full schedule this weekend, so you get your pick of modes and contests.  If you need to check out your RTTY setup before the weekend (and remind yourself how Sprints work!)  please join us Thursday evening.

Here’s the usual list of times, rules and extra notes for our usual Thursday soiree:

Friday, 2 Sept 2016, 0145Z - 0215Z (Thursday 1 Sept 2016 in NA)
-- 1845 - 1915 PDT
-- 2145 - 2215 EDT
-- (others in-between those two)
-- 160: 1805 and up 
-- 80/40/20/15 +80kHz up from the band edge (Don’t forget to check 15!)
-- Same band dupes ok after 1 intervening Q.
-- 1 kHz QSY rule, otherwise standard Sprint rules
-- Mults per band.
-- 100W power limit.
