[RTTY] SFI=85, A=3, K=0 + Ten Meter RTTY Contest

Well I deleted MMTTY and 2 Tone and re-installed them.  MMTTY is 
decoding fine and so is 2 tone.  I am thinbking now that my 480sat is 
broken.  If that is the case I am off the air now.

I really hate it when no one local even has RTTY so I can test it.
