[RTTY] RTTY 10-meter contest (RTTY-15 meter)

That's a great idea of moving the RTTY-10 to RTTY-15 on low SSI  years.  
That said, I'd love to see a monoband RTTY contest for each band:  RTTY-80, 
RTTY-40, RTTY-20, RTTY-15 scheduled for different weekends of the  year.
