[RTTY] Bouncing emails

I picked up the role of moderator of the RTTY reflector from W6WRT several
months ago.  I've been a subscriber for many years and am happy to help, but
I'm frustrated because I can't seem to do much to fix problems.

I get an error message every time a message bounces, meaning that it's
rejected by the recipient's email address.  I think I can turn off those
notifications, but I can't fix the problem.  For whatever reason, a
particular domain starts bouncing.  Yesterday it was rr.com addresses.
Today it's aol.com email addresses, and I just got 25 bounce notifications.
The ironic part is that this email will probably generate another set of
bounce notifications for the same recipients, probably none of whom will see
it.

If anyone more knowledgeable than I am has a solution to this problem, I'd
appreciate receiving it.  If you stop receiving reflector messages and your
account is subsequently removed due to bounces, then you'll need to
re-subscribe.
