[RTTY] Contest reminder this weekend

Just a reminder of the Mexico RTTY Contest which starts this coming
Saturday, February 6 at 1800 UTC and runs for 24 hours. There are no
restrictions on operating time or band changes.

Note that SO2R operation is specifically permitted. 

Also note that bad QSOs will be penalized by removing three similar
QSOs so log carefully.
