[RTTY] N1MM Logger+ RTTY macro question

Fewer and fewer flowery exchanges noted over the weekend.  Worst thing, I
think, is the lack of anything after the call when calling CQ.  Doesn't
much matter if it's CQ, RU, TEST, whatever (tho' shorter=better), but if I
see "<CALL> <CALL> CQ", I can mash the enter(sendsmacro) key right away but
if there is nothing, I have to wait until <CALL> calls again to see if he's
replying, CQing, or what.
