[RTTY] Contest this weekend

Just a reminder of the BARTG RTTY Sprint contest this coming weekend.
This is a 24 hour contest which starts at 1200 UTC, Saturday, January
23rd.

Oddly enough, the rules do not contain the time and date. Find them

Somehow, yours truly did not make the list. Going to be working on
that this time.  :-)

Please note this is not the 75 baud sprint, just the standard one. For
N1MM Logger users, the contest name is BARTGRTTYS, not to be confused
with BARTGSRTTY.
