If you have never connected the Mic and RB does not support PTT on the
ACC connector, you *must* have been using CI-V commands for PTT. In
that case, something has changed in your software configuration and
it is no longer sending the necessary PTT commands.
With no PTT connection to either the mic or the ACC jack, the PTT LED
on RB+ is meaningless. If it were my station, I would throw away the
RB ACC cable and replace it with one that has audio in, audio out,
FSK *and* PTT.

It is likely that you have not configured N1MM+ for PTT by software
command - try checking the appropriate "PTT Control via Software
Command" boxes in the CAT set-up (Config -> Configure Ports ... then
"Set" for the Radio port). WriteLog's "Comm PTT" defaults to ON for
Icom rigs which does PTT by software command.
