[RTTY] Fw: Can,t receive QTC's and condx horrible

Hi All,

Some observations that I have made for sending QTC with N1MM+.

If the QRV button us pressed, only the header is sent.  the transmission
get stucked.  When goging to reveice and send again, it will do it twice.

if not pressed, the transmission is going ok.
