[RTTY] MMTTY macro programming

In the MMTTY Window, right click on the 1-8 macros at the bottom of the
window.  Click on Edit Function Keys.   You can edit 1-8.  Put a check in
the "Control keys" box and you can edit 11 thru 18.

Spent over an hour with online and offline help and still can't figure out
how to program MMTTY Control Panel Macro Buttons M6, M7, M8, M11, M12, and
M14.  Other buttons in this group have edit window that opens with right
mouse click, but these are grayed out and do not respond to right or left
mouse click.  Any suggestions?
