[RTTY] 30M Band Plan Question

Most of the RTTY DX I've worked on 30m has been above 10.140. Quite
a few park on the high end and split down also some countries only allow
digi above 10.140. When I ran as W1AW/0 I was on 10.130 split up 1-3, only
went down there to get away from the Winlink crap, didn't work still got 
hammered
multiple times.
