[RTTY] WAE RTTY and QTCs

Peter,

what's your call?

QTC exchange in WAE RTTY is only possible between stations on different
continents.
So in case you are in the USA you cannot exchange QTCs with other stations
in North America.
Put a call from another continent into the entry window - then CTRL-Z should
work.
