[RTTY] WAE RTTY and QTCs

You don't have to change all the calls in the log. Just make sure that the
call of the station you are 'sending' QTCs to is outside your continent.

That's probably the problem. I was using US dummy calls to test with and I
am in the USA. I'll try again tonight with Euro calls.
