[RTTY] Q Rate Killers

A while back, there was a discussion about how extra spaces and characters slow down an exchange. Those a nothing compared to the many ops that I worked in the CQ WW DX RTTY Contest last weekend that took 15-20 seconds or longer to reply. I'm not in the big leagues and worry about milliseconds, but when it takes almost a minute to complete a contact, that gets to me.
