[RTTY] Q Rate Killers

Windows can be annoying at times. I use N1MM+ so this is couched in 
those terms but it is NOT an N1MM+ issue. If you click on a call in the 
Grab window there are times when Windows will update the list before 
selecting what you were clicking on and who knows what you might get - 
sometimes garbage or a partial call. This can happen while double 
clicking an entry between the first and second click. If you don't 
notice it in the call entry edit box then you may be sending garbage or 
the wrong call or even no call. Some of the delays that started this 
thread may be attributable to discovery of the wrong data in the call 
and trying to get it fixed before sending something.
