[RTTY] CQ WW RTTY Log Problem

I got a small problem with my log for the CQWW RTTY contest last weekend. 

 

I try to submit my log but the robot reject it. I worked the contest as
KG4SS from Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. I put in my log that I was DX. The robot
tells me that I have to be in a state in the W4 call area. Unfortunately,
Guantanamo Bay is not listed in the W4 area. I have email CQ but have not
gotten a reply as of yet.

 

Does anyone have any ideas how I can submit the log.
