[RTTY] Who can identify these two signals?

Hi all,

Someone forwarded a few recordings to me, and we're both mighty curious as
to what they are.

The first one sounds familiar, although I have no idea what it is. The
second one does contain some RTTY like signal (a few seconds in the
recording).

Both are about 75 seconds long, and can be downloaded at
coyotearc.net/part1.wav and coyotearc.net/part2.wav, respectively. They were
recorded on 14.220 USB.

I've ran them through a few programs here; but no luck. Anyone?
