While I respect all the scientific propagation forecasts, I'm firmly
convinced that the activity in a major contest, changes it from a "less
than good" forecast, to "good". Nothing like a multitude of stations
calling CQ, or tuning the band answering CQ's!
Hope to see many "unique" prefixes.
