[RTTY] North American QSO Party on RTTY will be Saturday Feb 25, 2017

I was wondering what the reason is as to why RTTY isn't allowed on 160
meters for the contest (according to the contest rules). My smartphone
app for ham band plans indicates that RTTY can be used on 160 meters.
