[RTTY] Contest this weekend

Just a reminder of the BARTG RTTY SPRINT this coming weekend.

This is a 24 hour contest which starts at 1200 UTC Saturday, January
28th.

RST is not required and there is no QSY rule. Entry categories are a
little more complex than some contests so read the rules carefully.
