[RTTY] RTTY Digest, Vol 169, Issue 29

We allow that in the Thursday night NS RTTY Sprints.  They are basically practice sessions so we want to keep everyone busy.

Do not some sprints allow multiple contacts after a few others with the
same station?  I haven't worked the other sprints but I seem to remember
rules somewhat like that.
