[RTTY] RTTY Roundup Results

2017 was the first time that I ever made a QSO in RTTY Roundup so I really
look forward to the expanded results. It is unfortunate that QST
apparently has very limited space for the contest summary.

Yes. The author had a lot of stuff come up at work and hasn't finished it
