[RTTY] BARTG Macros and 2Tone

Take into account how 2Tone combines strings sent twice in succession to
produce when required an improved decode. It is better to program the macros
like this illustration from N1MMplus:
 
F2 Exch,{TX} {SENTRST} {EXCH} {EXCH} {TIME2} {TIME2} ! {RX}
 
Please never send DE and never when in S&P send "his call de your call" -
your call sent twice is better and shorter. 
 
For those who want to know my full macro set see below.
 
The RUN F6 message is because with SO2R I can RUN on 2 bands and use this to
try and move a mult to another band.
