[RTTY] greater than 600 watts for RTTY?

There are probably a lot of hams that run more than 600 watts on RTTY but it's not really necessary. My Ameritron AL-80B amps are rated at only 500 watts on RTTY. Rarely do I run more than 400 watts on RTTY.
