[RTTY] 2 Tone FSK

Having difficulty setting up 2 Tone FSK transmit.

Here is what I'm trying to setup:
   - K3 with a W3YY FSK Optical Interface (uses Pin 3 for RTTY TxD)
   - PCI serial port (com 3)
   - Win 10 (Home, Creator),N1MM (latest update)
   - 2 Tone 16.11a

FSK transmit works with MMTTY.

2 Tone setup:
   - FSK Tx
   - Com 3, FSK = TxD , PTT = No
When I transmit, I briefly see a Tx red indication, and I see what I 
intended to transmit scroll across the screen. FWIW, Receive works fine, 
both setup as the primary N1MM RTTY interface, and as an additional Rx 
with MMTTY setup as primary.
