rttycontesting.com, navigate to the Records, Rules, and Results page, and
click on the contest name in the table. Don AA5AU has done the hard work of
finding the right places to start. (This also works best for finding
results etc.)

I don't know when they officially publish results, but I did a quick search
and found that one recent year the results were announced the following
February. In the meantime there's always 3830scores.com, it's better than
nothing...
