Edgeport is the only maker of USB to Serial converters that I know of that
properly support low (45, 50 and 75 baud) data rates.  Again, their
converters are microprocessor based with a hardware bit clock.  It is not
necessary to use EXTFSK or other software FSK "drivers" with the Edgeport
products.
