[RTTY] MMTTY on Second Radio w/N1MM+

 2 identical radios using rigblasters.  Radio 1 MMTTY works fine.  2nd
radio receives fine but in transmit only a steady tone.  Using FSK on both
radios.  Checked all cables.  What I notice is the second EXTFSK 1.06 is
never able to show connected or "OK"  in the status window.  Yet when I
check the port it show status ok and when I key it shows DTR.

This is the last hanging item for getting MMTTY to run SO2R.
