[RTTY] Additional Thoughts on Serial Number Repeats

Heh, the weiner who tacks his call on after your third one sends!  I almost
fell out of my chair laughing this past contest.  While running, two guys
went almost 30 seconds trying to one-up each other.  I felt like I was
intruding, so went off to look for some multis.....
