[RTTY] Contest this weekend

Good question - certainly there must be an "Annotated rule" the judge uses
so if one operates 24 hours and 2 minutes, it's not a DQ
Part of the strategy has to be the pick of the off time in this contest....

*2.1. *No entrant may operate more than 24 hours out of the 30-hour contest
period.

*2.2.* The six hours of off time must be taken in no more than two blocks.
