Comments:
We were a little slow out of the gate as I think our 10 and 15 meter antennas
are a bit high for SS. Worked the two radio thing very aggressively on Sunday
which kept the average rate up around 35 qsos/hour (really had to dig deep
for some of those). The crew at W6YX kept us on our toes as we were neck and
neck with them all weekend.
Aside from a loose T connector on one of the stub filters and the subsequent RF
burn on my right index finger, (don't try to tighten a loose T connector while
transmitting with a KW), the station worked pretty much trouble free the whole
weekend.
Congratulations to N6VR and crew on an outstanding M/O score.
