[SCCC] RFI-resistant phone on sale

Radio Shack has their Model 43-591 telephone on sale
for $9.99, half the normal price. This phone is very immune
to RFI. 

It's nice to have a couple of these on hand for when
the neighbors knock on the door in the middle of a contest.
