Will brought up an important point--
AA7A is BY FAR the best candidate for Vice Director in the Division.  He
has "paid his dues" for 30 years and has a complete grasp of ongoing
issues.  Ned is a contester, and CW guy who "gets it."

Remember-- the Vice Director nearly always becomes the Director, in the
future.  If nothing else, that should open your eyes.

We should see ballots about now.  Send them in!!!
