[SCCC] tower installation webpage

Just got done making a webpage to show progress of the tower installation
ongoing at N6EED's QTH (Dad) in Rancho Cucamonga.

Tower will be a US Tower MA-550 (55' tall) on rotating base. A Cushcraft
A4S, 40m Dipole and 3 el 6m yagi will be mounted on top.

This is my 1st tower installation and will serve as my DX operating
equipment. I contest from W2IJ's QTH.
