I was very happy with my DU1/K6ACZ cards done by www.octavia.com in
Jan '03.
Very fast to send me proofs but a little slow in the actual print
time.  I understand they print in lot groups so print time may vary. 
I had full color cards, sample below (if the reflector lets it
through)
