Dana,

Was that the laughing hyena jammer on 20 meter SSB? Some guy
came on my run frequency for a while on Saturday and kept playing
this recording of shrill laughter. It struck me as kind of funny and
I started laughing too. Perhaps this wasn't the reaction the jammer
wanted so he eventually went away :)
