Comments:

Was pleasantly surprised to find that a 10m single band operation wasn't an act
of idiocy. However, started the contest after rushing home from work by
discovering that the top antenna wouldn't rotate (aimed at Europe -- not real
useful from the West Coast for most of the contest) and that the bottom antenna
couldn't be pointed at Japan (due North was the closest I could get). The
combination of not pointing the antennas in the right direction and running low
power made for some scoring challenges.
